They are these F-Hole covers one can place over the F-Hole if a GB10 …. And that helps to cancel feedback

I think is was designed 1977 …. Right after the release of BREEZIN’ .. in 1976 If you might notice…. On the INFLIGHT album , (which came out in 1977) GEORGE BENSON is photographed with IBANEZ GB10

Very helpful review, thanks for sharing. "No meat" to the sound is a major problem with any guitar sporting an undersaddle pickup. By the way, Savarez is French, not Spanish, so it does not rhyme with "Alvarez."

Are they humbuckers or single coil?

My two cents: Fujigen made Ibanez quality not great these days. Just got a new AS2000 $3K top end unit with one thread hole stripped, tooling issues on the acrylic binding, settings all wrong and one Gotoh machine head very hard to spin. I have a telecaster made in Indonesia of better quality, and it was 1/3 of this Ibanez. Called Ibanez and they told me to ship it in the only one location they provide service in US on my money. Very disappointing! Ibanez, I've promissed you a video on youtube about what you sell and how you treat your clients. That will come shortly, I just purchased a GB10 so now I will be able to provide a broader picture of these issues.

Fantastic job Chad Morris! I've loved this tune for many years and have struggled to tackle the solo section for almost as many. Your 3 interval patterns over each chord change helps a lot and I'm digging into the modal mapping approach. I'm doing things on the vibes, so having things "close" really helps as I'm limited by 3 octaves. One small point on your solo form chart, I'm assuming you wanted the C to be sharp in the last bar over the A dom and not the C maj. Cheers, and thanks again!

I’m looking into this particular model because I bought a C5-CE, but returned it. It was okay for my first classical-style guitar, but I also didn’t really know or understand what I was looking for and what I needed even though I spent a lot of time researching the different Cordoba models. I eventually created a spreadsheet for many of their guitars so I could see all of the different offerings all on one page, and that’s what brought me here. I like the idea of the onboard mic and piezo combo that the C5-CE didn’t have, but I since almost bought the C7-CE instead, but have decided to spend more money for the ebony fingerboard, upgraded tuners and the 48mm nut (does the 2mil difference really matter?). But, I seem to like the Orchestra more than the C7-CE, which brings me to ask you, four years on from this review (and perhaps there have been changes, although I’m not aware of any comparisons between yours and the 2023 models) what do you think of it now? Thanks for the review, btw :)

I just picked up a used G 10em my first to learn from n I run it thru a Bose L1 model 1 it has built in feedback cancellation n I have have that issue not even on acoustic guitars.
